Erica joined the ICR family in September 2017 having worked in veterinary practice since 2008. She began her career as a receptionist and now concentrates all her time dealing with insurance claims. Outside of work, Erica can be found walking her two English Pointers, riding her horse, gardening and socialising with friends and family.
