Have you noticed how similar all the job adverts are at the moment? And yet, practices can be very different.
It’s true that we’re dedicated to excellence in both client and patient care. It’s also true that we’re progressive – the laparoscopy, class IV laser, exotics service, in house dermatologist and digital x-ray (including dental) probably indicate that. As a result of this we’re often caring for a wide variety of surgical and medical patients.
But we’re also about much more than that. We’ve realised that the single most important thing that makes our practice excel is having a team of people who are happy at work. We all work for a shared purpose and respect each other’s individual skills, strengths and interests. CPD is designed around where you want your career to go and how your abilities can help our team improve.
