Rachel Mackay

I have currently been working within the veterinary industry for the last ten years. Starting out as a veterinary receptionist then animal care assistant now a qualified nurse. I hold qualifications in animals care and a Diploma in Veterinary Nursing, currently studying towards a Diploma in Anaesthesia. My main role at ICR Vets is a rotating nurse, so a bit of everything. I have keen interests in inpatient care, consulting and anaesthesia. When I’m not at work you can find me playing the bagpipes, spending time with family and friends or walking my three dogs in the Pentland Hills.
